Giải pháp này mượn Gmail làm Mail Server, dành cho các công ty không có Mail Server riêng, không có IT để quản lý Mail Server. Các user check mail bằng cách gõ domain công ty mình (email có dạng user@tencongty.com). Mọi thứ đều do Google làm. Bạn chỉ việc trỏ domain mình về google.
Công việc gồm 3 phần.

Phần 2: Đăng ký dịch vụ Google Apps
Phần 3: Trỏ MX record về Gmail

Phần 2: Sign up Google Apps
- Vào trang https://www.google.com/a/ chọn Small Business

- Tạo mail cho user:

- Verify domain ownership:

- Tạo CNAME trỏ về địa chỉ check mail của google:

- Test gõ http://webmail.labnhatnghe.net

- Bước quan trọng nhất trong phần này là trỏ MX Record về google. Vào Service setting> Email > Change MX records

- Chờ khoảng 15' để Google update MX records:

- Update xong, phần Email sẽ hiện chữ Active
